Your data will only be stored for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or as required by statutory retention obligations.

If you use the appointment booking function, the information you provide will also be processed through FEA Create for the purpose of arranging and managing your appointment.

7. Social Media Plugins

Facebook & Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited)

This website contains links to my social media profiles, including Instagram and Facebook.

These are ordinary external links. No social media plugins or embedded feeds are used on this website.

When you click a link, you will be redirected to the relevant platform. The platform's own privacy policy applies to any data processing that takes place there.

You can subscribe to my newsletter through the form provided on this website.

When you subscribe, your email address and any other information you provide will be processed for the purpose of sending you the newsletter.

The newsletter is managed and sent using FEA Create.

You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Your data will be deleted from the newsletter mailing list after you unsubscribe, unless further retention is required by law or necessary to document your previous consent.

This website uses FEA Create, a platform operated by the Female Entrepreneur Association, for certain website functions, including contact forms, appointment bookings, newsletter subscriptions and newsletter distribution.

The legal entity behind the Female Entrepreneur Association is Carrie & Co. Ltd., registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 09285984), with its registered office at 29a Alderley Road, Wilmslow, SK9 1HY, United Kingdom.

FEA Create processes personal data on my behalf as a data processor. The platform is built on infrastructure provided by HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel), which acts as a sub-processor.

Personal data processed through FEA Create may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form submissions, appointment details and communications.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, the provider states that appropriate safeguards are used, including Standard Contractual Clauses and certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
