No, I do not share your data with partners or other third parties for marketing or any unrelated purposes.


However, some data may be processed by trusted service providers (such as FEA Create) who act on my behalf and comply with GDPR regulations.

Use of Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) on our website to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements and understand user interactions.


The Pixel sets cookies to collect information such as browser type, device, and actions on the website.
We do not use extended tracking features such as Meta’s “Automatic Advanced Matching,” so no additional personal data (e.g., email or phone number) is sent to Meta.

I offer in person & digital coaching products, including online courses and memberships, as well as optional personal coaching sessions.


All services are provided with care and professionalism, aiming to support your vocal development and personal growth.


2. Purchase and Access

Digital products and memberships are accessible after payment is completed.

Upon purchase, you will receive login information or access instructions.

Your access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login information or course materials with others is not permitted.

Access to digital products and courses is lifetime access, which means you will have access as long as the course exists.


3. Payment

Payments can be made via the methods indicated at checkout.

Prices are clearly stated and include applicable taxes.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.


4. Cancellation and Refunds

For digital products and memberships, all sales are final.

Refunds are generally not provided, except where legally required.

For personal coaching sessions, cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Sessions canceled later may be charged in full.

By purchasing a product or membership, you agree to receive communications regarding your purchase via email.

Phone or WhatsApp messages may be used only if you voluntarily provide your number and only for necessary communication (e.g., scheduling sessions or membership support).
